Folder Scope
Using folder scope options means that you can determine how items in folders are displayed in the view. In SharePoint Designer, the Folder Scope command (found in the ribbon’s Options tab of the List View Tools contextual tab) includes four options (see Figure 23.63):
• Default: Show items and folders as they are created in the list.
• Show Only Files of a Specific Folder: Show items of a particular folder outside that folder.
• Show All Files of All Folders: Items are shown outside of folders.
• Show All Files and All Subfolders of All Folders: Items in folders and subfolders are shown outside those folders in the view.
