Moving and Copying Content Pages

If you want to move or copy a page in SharePoint Designer, you can do so either within the same site, by moving or copying pages between libraries, or between different sites or site collections, either by dragging and dropping files or copying. However, there are a few things you need to consider when moving or copying pages, such as the following:

• If you are moving or copying a page to a different site, does the source page contain any Web parts or content that has dependencies in the current site?
