It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating Workflows Using SharePoint Designer
Workflows have their own section within SharePoint Designer as seen in Figure 27.8. When you open a site, by clicking on the Workflow site object you are able to see all the out-of-the-box and custom workflows associated with the current site. When you start creating workflows in SharePoint Designer you will notice there are quite a few options in the ribbon, including options to create List, Reusable, and Site workflows, which are also shown in Figure 27.8.
