When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Reusing Themes
One consideration around working with themes is how you will apply the themes to your sites and site collections. Users who are members of the Designers SharePoint group or who are part of a SharePoint group which includes the out-of-the-box permission level Design, can change a site’s theme. Site collection administrators can upload new themes to a site collection’s Theme Gallery and can inherit themes between publishing sites in a site collection.
However, where you have many sites within a site collection and want to apply the same theme to all those sites, it might mean that you manually select a theme on a per-site basis, unless the sites are publishing sites, in which case you can choose to inherit themes.
