Adding Behaviors
Behaviors in SharePoint Designer stem from the days of FrontPage and enable you to add dynamic functions to SharePoint pages, such as changing properties on mouseover, mouseout, or onclick, swapping images, creating pop-up messages, and playing sounds on page load—all without the need to use code. In this section, I show you how to add a different hover over color to SharePoint lists, such as the announcements list.
