When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Web Part Page Architecture
Web part pages are ASPX pages that include Web parts or make it possible to add Web parts when working with pages via the Web interface. If you’ve previously worked with Web part pages in SharePoint 2007 then the way Web part pages work is basically unchanged. Web part pages, when created via the Web interface, must be stored within an existing container, such as a Wiki page library or other Document library. Compared to Wiki pages, Web part pages have limited interaction with the ribbon other than when you add and configure Web parts. Unlike Wiki pages, Web part pages do not by default contain rich editing fields.
