Page Permissions
The Permissions part includes options to inherit or disinherit site permissions on the current page. Permissions on content pages follow the general permission rules in terms of objects and permission hierarchy within SharePoint sites and site collections; in the case of a content page, permissions may be set at item level. In turn, the content page is security trimmed according to permissions, and only users who have permission to the page see the page in the site’s navigation.
