When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ターンの用語がしばしばあまり理解されないままに話されています。
これらの結果は、事前テストと事後テストで設計チームのコミュニケーションラインが変化したとい
う明確なエビデンスを示しています。パターンの知識を共有していない場合、説明フェーズは小さいか
存在せず、それに続くコミュニケーションはどちらか一方のチームメンバーが支配的になる傾向があり
ました。

カ月間パターンの実習を行った結果、説明フェーズがはっきりと認められるようになり、そ
れに続く作業フェーズでは均衡のとれたコミュニケーションが行われています。チ
ームメンバーの弱い
方の人も、対等に設計に関する議論に貢献できています。これらの観察結果は、デザインパターンの知
識があればチームメンバーが効率良くコミュニケーションできる、という仮説を支持するものです。明
らかに、実用的なデザイン抽象を捉えたチャンクを用いることが、コミュニケーションを改善していま
す。
