So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

フェーズⅠの調査のまとめ
大規模実時間システムの発展に際して遭遇する問題点についての、今回の全般調査から引き出せたと
思う一般性のある観察は以下の通りです。

実装、テスト、管理オーバヘッドに伴う欠陥は、ほぼ等しい割合で発生しました。
●
数が圧倒的に多いというわけではありませんが、要求の問題はやはり重大です（特に、大多数がテ
ストプロセスの遅い段階で見つかったため）。
●
すべての種類の欠陥が、すべてのテストフェーズで見つかり続けました。
●
テストの労力レベルが一番高いところで（つまりシステムテストで）最も多くの欠陥が見つかりま
した。
●
欠陥の大多数がテストサイクルの遅い時期に見つかりました。
これらの観察には、欠陥

の追跡がもっぱらテストの活動であるということかによる限界がありま
す。プロジェクトの早期のフェーズに存在する欠陥の種類と頻度を観察することは、極めて有益なこと
だと思われます。そして、要求や設計の欠陥を検出する方法を、既存の開発プロセスに取り入れられれ
ば、大変有益なはずです。
