So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

実際のプロジェクトでは、個人の生産性を表す、有用でありかつ統計的に正当な指標を見つけること
は困難です。私の経験では、研究の場面以外について言えば、個人の生産性を測ろうとするのは大抵、
その指標に基づいて何か統計的には正しくないことをしようとする時です。ですから、私は研究目的で
個人の生産性を計測することには価値があると思いますが、実際のプロジェクトでそのような計測に工
数を使う価値を見出すことは困難だと考えています。
