I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

りました。チーム生産性の違いは、個人の才能の差による結果だけでなく、かなりまでが多数の組織上
の要因、たとえば製品に対する明快なビジョンを打ち立てたり、曖昧さのない要求定義ができたり、チー
ムメンバーの工数をうまくコーディネーションしたり、などをうまく行う組織の能力による結果だった
のではないかと、私は思っています。
組織が生産性を包み込む容れものとなり、その中でチームが能力を発揮します。非常に優れ
た組織で
働く、平均的な能力の個人から成るチームは、二流の組織で働く、非常に優れた人材のチームよりも良
い性能を発揮します。もちろん、非常に優れた組織で働く、優れた個人から構成されたチームや、二流
の組織働く、二流の人たちから構成されるチームというのもあります。その結果、ちょうど個人の生産
性がそうであるのと同様に、チーム生産性（またの名を組織的生産性）にも

倍ほどのばらつきがある
のです。
