It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: This exercise is part of a series of exercises that deals
with managing conflict. Listening and Understanding
adds another technique for dealing with conflict. Once
you have used the exercise Let's Talk About It with your
participants, you will be comfortable with this or any of
the other conflict exercises. Each exercise is based on
the same case study. For your convenience, some of the
instructions are repeated in each exercise so that you
can easily take advantage of the conflict-oriented
exercises.
