

Purpose/Objectives: Different companies and organizations refer to charters

or missions. It does not matter what they are called;

the important thing is that your team has something

that explains why the team exists, what its scope and

limits are, and what results are expected. Unless the

team's charter is well-defined, it is difficult for the

members to contribute to the success of the team.

This exercise will give your participants an opportunity

to look at some fictional teams and practice writing
