I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Role Play Guidelines in the Trainer Skills section of this series.
• Make a copy of the House & Home Scenario handout for each participant. Plus,
each team should have 5 role sheets (marketing, mailing, advertising, inven-
tory, and IT) that represent various departments in House & Home, a large
retail home improvement store. Team A needs 5 different roles and 1 observer
sheet identified by the letter A and Team B needs 5 different roles and 1
observer sheet identified by the letter B. The scenario is the same for all.
• Read over the handouts for the team members. Note that Team A is instructed
to spend their time trying to shift the blame, while Team B is asked to solve the
problem.
