I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make sure each team has three or four sheets of flip chart paper.
• Distribute several colored markers to each table.
• Arrange the room so that each team has space and a drawing surface.
Process
• Have each participant introduce him- or herself.
• Explain to the entire group that they will be dividing into small teams to do
some drawing.
• Divide participants into teams of three or four. If possible, include people who
have worked on teams with those who have not.
• Distribute three or four sheets of flip chart paper to each team.
• Ask teams to draw a picture of a team or organization that is not working well
together. Caution them against printing or writing. Use the example of a stick
