I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Inform participants that they will break into small teams to discuss examples of
trust or lack of trust.
• Tell participants that while they are in their small groups, each of them should
come up with a personal example of the absence or violation of trust. The
example should include the effect of the lack of trust.
• Instruct participants to select one example from each team to share with the
group.
• Divide the group into teams of three or four each. The exercise is more
effective if the teams are kept small.
• Allow the teams 5 to 10 minutes to come up with examples. While they are
