I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: Most team portraits are stiff, posed pictures of a group
of people looking into the camera. Such portraits do not
reflect the way teams actually look. Teams are a blend
of positive and negative characteristics. They present a
picture of cooperation, collaboration, and occasional
conflict. The mental images we summon up about teams
can give us a way to assess how we think about teams.
In this exercise, the participants will draw pictures of
teams that work effectively and teams that do not.
Expressing their concerns and ideas about teams visually
is challenging and enjoyable.
