So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: Many organizations are trying to create cultural diver-
sity only because they have been criticized for being too
uniform and homogeneous. Sometimes organizations
miss the point that diversity is valuable. Diversity can
be a positive element that can help groups become
more effective and productive.
During this entertaining exercise the participants will
break into small teams. Each team will have members
with differing and exaggerated viewpoints. The exercise
will demonstrate that the members' individual differ-
ences make the teams strong and flexible.
