Purpose/Objectives: In your professional career, you probably have come up
against the question, "What should I tell senior manage-
ment?" Management support is critical to the success of
teams. To get and keep their support, teams have to be
careful that their communication is timely, pertinent, and
complete.
In this exercise, you will divide the participants into two
teams. One team will represent senior management and
the other will represent a typical work team. You will act
as the moderator in a discussion between the two sides.
As moderator, you will toss out communication issues.
