So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Team Leader B Instructions
Your role as the team leader is very important for the success of the exercise. Your
team's task is to come up with as many ways to cross a river as possible. Appoint a
recorder to capture the team's ideas. Usually, after the more obvious ones are
mentioned, there is a pause and then other less obvious ideas surface.
It is critical to your role to be as encouraging as possible to everyone's ideas. Look for
the positive aspects of the most outrageous ideas. Your goal is to foster a creative
