I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review guidelines for Leading a Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this
series.
• Prepare enough blindfolds for half the group. Make sure the material is opaque.
• Decide ahead of time whether you will stay in the training room or go outside. If
the training room can be modified to provide some barriers, it is simpler to stay
there. If not, find a path through the building that provides some barriers. If the
weather cooperates, you could even go outdoors.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Inform participants that half of them will be blindfolded and the other half will
lead them around. Other than assuring them that they will be safe, do not say
too much.
