I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make copies of the Common Concerns handout. You will need at least one copy
for each participant.
• Review and become familiar with the topics on the handout.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
• Make sure all participants have a pencil.
Process
• Explain to participants that they will be getting together in small groups to
compare and discuss their concerns and questions about teams. Then they will
reconvene into one large group and do the same.
• Distribute a copy of the handout to each participant. Give them a few minutes
to look over the questions.
• Tell participants to add any others questions that are important to them.
Numbers 9 and 10 are blank for that purpose.
