316 – Team Conflict
Moderator Role
Your responsibility as moderator is to keep the team focused on the task the facilita-
tor has described.
To get them started, ask them to come up with a plan to accomplish their assign-
ment. The exercise is designed so that there will be some conflict among the team
members. Your role is to allow them to resolve the conflict.
Only intervene during disagreements if it seems the discussion is stalled.
