So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make sure you have enough flip chart paper so that each team will have a few
sheets.
• Distribute several different colored markers to each table.
• Arrange the room so that everyone has space and a flat surface on which to
draw.

ineffective team members.
• Divide participants into small teams of three or four to work on the cartoons.
