Preparation

• Review Role Play Guidelines in the Trainer Skills section of this series.

• Make copies of the Role for Team Member A, Role for Team Member B, and

Role for Observer handout. Each team will need two copies of Role for Team

Member A and one copy each of Role for Team Member B and Role for

Observer.

• Read over the handouts for the team members. (Note that team member B is

instructed to be uncooperative and inflexible.)

• The exercise works best if there are tables and chairs that can be moved and

rearranged.

Process
