I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Leading A Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this series.
• Make a copy of the Trust Worksheet handout for each participant.
• Read over the handout to become familiar with it.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Inform participants that they will be working individually on an activity to
examine the quality of trust.
• Distribute copies of the Trust Worksheet handout and explain the worksheet to
participants by using examples.
• Tell participants to think of the person they trust most and fill in that person's
name. It may be a spouse, a parent, or a best friend.
