So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Your department is in charge of putting the extra marketing pieces in the statement
mailing. Although you have no direct responsibility to check the inserts, if someone in
your department had noticed the expiration date on the offer, the error could have
been avoided.
Your role is to refuse to accept any blame. You can use the old line, “It's not my job!”
Back up the marketing department when their representative starts blaming everyone
else.
