I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

• Explain that those features that are below 5 are areas that should be improved.
Mention that improving those areas will improve the team's potential for
success.
• Ask if there are any comments or questions. Offer to give the participants extra
copies of the handout for future use.
• Conclude by reinforcing the point that a team's potential for success can be
evaluated early in the process. In addition, repeat that improving the team
improves the results.
Option/Variation
If you have participants who are members of more than one team, you can divide
the group along those lines. That way they will be evaluating their own teams.
