So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Leading a Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this series.
• Read the Facilitator's Script handout. Since the
communication/miscommunication exercise is built on your mock presentation,
it is important that you are familiar with it.
• If you want to modify the dialogue, note that the convoluted style is deliberate
and increases the chance of miscommunication.
• Make sure each participant has paper and a pencil.
• Prepare a flip chart page listing the issues raised in the facilitator's dialogue.
Keep the page concealed until the subsequent discussion.
