Purpose/Objectives: Synergy is one of the fundamental advantages of the

team process. Ideas build on ideas until the end result is

a more creative approach than any one individual could

have devised. New and more effective solutions,

approaches, and procedures can be achieved more

easily if a creative atmosphere is encouraged.

This exercise compares two teams and their results. The

first team leader will be instructed to discourage crea-
