I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Leading a Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this series, if you
have not done so already.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Ask participants to think of some departments, organizations, associations, or
other entities that may have outlived their usefulness, but then found a new
reason for being. The participants should use their own experience when
possible.
• List the organizations on the flip chart.
• Identify several entities as being the easiest for your participants to analyze.
• Divide the group into teams of four or five, assigning each team a different one
of the organizations to discuss.
