So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: On a team, each one of us has several roles to fulfill.
Some are clearly defined and some are unwritten and
subtle. For example, you might be assigned to a reor-
ganization team so that training considerations are
taken into account. That is the clearly defined role.
Once on the team, however, you may find yourself
bringing conflicting sides together to work out a com-
promise. That is an unwritten role that you often fall
into. In a well-rounded team, the members' diverse
skills, interests, and accomplishments complement each
other's as they work toward a common goal.
