So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Team Leader A Instructions
Your role as the team leader is very important for the success of the exercise. Your
team's task is to come up with as many ways to cross a river as possible. Appoint a
recorder to capture the team's ideas. Usually, after the more obvious ones are
mentioned, there is a pause and then other less obvious ideas surface.
It is critical to your role that you discourage creative approaches. As soon as someone
comes up with a wild idea, make a disparaging remark and/or use body language to
show a negative reaction. Conversely, praise the ordinary ideas by saying things like, ...
