I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

• Question the teams about bringing the conflict out in the open. Ask them if it
helped resolve the conflict.
• At this point, you may get a variety of positive and negative comments. The
idea is to let the participants vent their frustrations.
• Someone may mention that the argumentative members took over. That is your
cue to tell them that mismanaged conflict can allow assertive team members to
dominate and cause passive individuals to draw back.
