So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: While almost everyone agrees that teamwork is an
effective way to accomplish results, not everyone
understands that building a successful team takes prac-
tice, time, and effort. Expecting a positive outcome
immediately can be discouraging. But if team members
realize that a little patience will make the difference,
they can build a successful team.
You can have fun with this exercise. It is a game that
some participants will really get into. The teams will
have a chance to practice sliding a puck across a table
