So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Read over the handouts so that you are familiar with the case and the team
members. Note that all the team members are described on one page.
• Make copies of the Fisher Incorporated Case Problem and Team Member
Descriptions handouts. You will need one of each for every participant.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Explain that participants will be analyzing a dysfunctional team and are to come
up with recommendations to make the team more effective.
• Tell participants that they will be divided into teams to study the descriptions
and come up with recommendations.
• Distribute the handouts describing Fisher Incorporated and the dysfunctional
team members.
