I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: It is safe to say that everybody is aware of the need to
give positive feedback to individuals for their accom-
plishments. Everybody may not do it, but at least they
are aware. In the case of teams, it is a little trickier to
recognize achievement. However, just as with individu-
als, if team accomplishments and hard work are not
appreciated, enthusiasm for repeating the effort is
diminished.
During this exercise, using brainstorming techniques,
the group will come up with ideas and suggestions for
