I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

• Allow the team 15 minutes or less to work on their planning exercise. Your
notes and the observer's notes will be used to start the discussion. Make sure
you will have at least 15 minutes for the discussion.
• Tell the teams when their time is up.
Discussion
• Reveal to the participants that two of the team members were instructed to be
critical of the plans.
• Call on the observer to report the first instance of conflict. Lead the
participants through a discussion to decide whether the conflict was
constructive or destructive.
• Continue through the list of specific conflicts. Augment the observer's report if
he or she missed any instances of conflict or if your notes differ.
