I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make sure you have a supply of notepaper and pencils or pens for each team.
• Arrange the room so that each team has space and a writing surface.
− Decide on the teams you will want featured in the press releases. There are
several alternatives.
− If your participants are on the same team, use that team.
− If your participants are from different but familiar teams, have them write
press releases about one of the other teams.
− If the participants are from the same company, choose a team they all know
something about.
− If the participants are from different companies, choose a local team, not
necessarily a sports team. A volunteer organization, a civic club committee,
or any team the participants know well ...
