I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make copies of the Team Categories handout. You will need one for each
participant.
• Review and become familiar with the handout.
• Prepare a flip chart listing the categories from the handout.
Process
• Introduce the exercise by explaining that teams are different from traditional
management techniques. As an example, mention that teams discuss and
debate issues rather than making quick decisions.
• Distribute the handout and give them a few minutes to look at it.
• Ask participants for some ideas on what a team looks like in each category.
Assign the ideas to the appropriate category. Examples might include the
following:
− Team members understand what the team is supposed to do.
− The atmosphere is relaxed ...
