It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: Although the word team suggests a smooth, easy-going
work group, conflict and disagreement can be an
important part of the team process. Constructive
conflict helps the team members communicate and
work out the best approach to the task at hand.
Conversely, destructive conflict blocks the team
process.
This role play exercise will demonstrate the effect of
both constructive and destructive conflict on the team.
