I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make copies of the handouts. Each team will need several copies of the Team
Analysis handout and each participant will need a copy of the Team Practice
Associates handout.
• Review and become familiar with the handouts.
• Have a flip chart and markers available to record feedback.
• Have enough pens and pencils for all participants.
Process
• Introduce the exercise by reading or paraphrasing the following:
Teams are like individuals: they need to be checked every once in a while to
make sure they are healthy. Even the most successful teams check their
effectiveness from time to time. Today you are going to look at the teams you
