I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Role Play Guidelines in the Trainer Skills section of this series.
• Make copies of the Team Leader A Instructions and Team Leader B Instructions
handouts. You will only need one of each for the team leaders.
• Read over the handouts for the team members. Note that Team A's leader will
try to discourage creativity and Team B's leader will try to encourage it.
• Choose the leader for Team A carefully. He or she should be someone who can
keep a discussion going.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Explain to participants that they will be split into two teams to work on an idea.
• Divide participants and appoint team leaders. If you have more than 20 partici-
