I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Leading A Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this series.
• Make copies of the Team Pop Quiz handout. You will need at least one for each
participant. The answer sheet to this handout follows.
• Review and become familiar with the questions and answers on the quiz.
• Make sure all participants have a pencil.
Process
• If you have not already, introduce yourself. You can ask participants their
names as you distribute the quiz or just ask them to introduce themselves.
• Tell participants that they will be taking a short quiz. Assure them that they
will not be graded and are not expected to know all the answers. Keep the
atmosphere light and relaxed.
