Preparation

• Make a copy of the AnnaBelle, Inc., Case Problem handout for each participant.

• Read over the handout so that you are familiar with the case.

• Have a flip chart and markers available.

Process

• Explain that participants will be learning about a team with a confidentiality

problem.

• Introduce the problem by reading or paraphrasing the following:

Team members often develop close relationships with one another. In the

course of these relationships, sensitive, personal information is shared. While

this situation adds to the camaraderie of the team, it also adds responsibility.
