It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

goals of the team. That is a statement almost everyone
can agree with. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misun-
derstanding and misinterpreting among team members,
and that can hurt a team before it has a chance to work
effectively. In this exercise, you will first make a mock
presentation about the team's issues. (A suggested
