So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
310 – Pop Quiz
Purpose/Objectives: Think back to your school days. One of your nightmares
may have been the dreaded pop quiz. This pop quiz is
different. No one has to dread it. The results will not be
graded and no one will know how the participants
answered.
The true/false questions on the quiz are really the basis
for a discussion. The discussion will bring out concerns
participants may have, highlight concepts of team
building, and create a relaxed environment for the rest
of the session.
This is an excellent exercise to use as an icebreaker. It
should be used early in a session on teams and
teamwork.
