You are part of a citizen's group looking into the situation at your public library. There

are limited funds available for new books. Today's discussion is about whether the

funds should be spent on traditional books or invested in electronic media. Most fic-

tion, non-fiction, and reference works can be accessed through computer.

Your responsibility as team leader is to keep the team members focused on the sub-
