I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make copies of the One-Word Descriptions handout. You will need at least one
for each participant.
• Review and become familiar with the handout.
• Make sure all participants have a pencil.
• Prepare a flip chart page by listing each descriptive word with space next to it
to add "votes."
Process
• Introduce the participants.
• Explain to participants that they will be working individually on a short
exercise, then getting together to compare and discuss the results.
• Distribute a copy of the handout to each participant. Give them a few minutes
to look over it.
• Tell participants that they should circle the five words that they believe are
