I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Leading a Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this series, if you
have not done so already.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Explain to participants that they will be divided into two teams. One will
represent senior management and one will represent a work team.
• Divide the group into two teams. Have the teams sit facing each other.
• Ask the work team to decide which team they are representing. It can be a
fictional team or a real team.
• Encourage the management team and the work team to put themselves into the
part. Tell them to imagine the frustrations of their situations. These discussions
can be lively because the issues are easy. Both sides may have a lot of
